- “Membership” refers to the subscription-based access to premium content and community features.

3. MEMBERSHIP AND BILLING
3.1 Subscription
Your membership grants you access to premium content and community features on our platform. All coaching clients have membership included in their coaching agreement for the duration of their coaching program.
3.2 Payment
Members are billed according to their selected membership plan. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
3.3 Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
- We will respond to all cancellation requests within 24-48 hours.
- Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
3.4 Missed Payments
If a payment is missed or declined, your membership access will be automatically paused until payment resumes. We reserve the right to attempt to process the payment again or to terminate your membership after repeated failed payment attempts.
3.5 Post-Coaching Membership
Coaching clients will automatically transition to a regular monthly membership billing cycle after their coaching sessions end, unless they cancel according to the cancellation policy.
4. ACCOUNT SHARING PROHIBITION
4.1 Single-User License
Each membership is a single-user license and may only be used by the registered member. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Violation Consequences
Sharing your login credentials or account access with any other person constitutes a violation of these Terms and is grounds for immediate termination of your membership without refund.
4.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
5.1 Respect Policy
We maintain a strict “respect all members” policy. All interactions within our community and website must be conducted with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.
5.2 Prohibited Behavior
The following behaviors are prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of membership:
- Harassment or bullying of any kind
- Discriminatory language or conduct
- Spam or unauthorized promotional content
- Disruptive or offensive behavior
- Violation of others’ privacy
- Any illegal activity
5.3 Enforcement
We reserve the right to remove any content, suspend, or terminate memberships that violate these guidelines at our sole discretion.

6.3 Restrictions
You may not:

- Use our content for commercial purposes

- Transfer your membership or access to another person
