Welcome to Coach Tre’! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our coaching, mentoring, and workshop services. By engaging with Coach Tre’ and utilizing our offerings, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Coach Tre’ provides professional coaching, mentoring, and workshop services to youth and adults, both virtually and in person. Through our signature M.A.P. (Monetize. Amplify. Produce.) methodology, we guide clients to clarity, action, and transformation in their professional and personal lives.

2. Service Commitments

  • Our services are designed to support business professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives in achieving their goals.
  • All coaching sessions, workshops, and mentoring engagements are tailored to the client’s needs and objectives, leveraging our expertise in communication strategy, vision interpretation, and creative problem-solving.
  • Services are delivered as described during booking; however, outcomes depend on the client’s effort and engagement.

3. Payment and Fees

  • All fees for coaching, mentoring, and workshops must be paid in full before the service is provided; in the case of a payment arrangement, all payment must be up to date.
  • Payments are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including missed sessions, cancellations, or dissatisfaction.
  • Pricing details are provided during booking, and by making a payment, you agree to these terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.
  • Active participation is essential to achieving results; Coach Tre’ is not responsible for outcomes if clients fail to engage fully in the process.
  • Rescheduling of sessions must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not always be accommodated.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, methodologies, and strategies shared during coaching sessions, mentoring, or workshops are the intellectual property of Coach Tre’.
  • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any proprietary materials without explicit written consent.
